Cancellation Policy
Financial & Office Policies Our practice is committed to providing personalized, high-quality medical care in a professional and efficient environment. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, respect for time, and excellence in service. Private-Pay Practice This is a private-pay medical practice. We do not accept or bill medical insurance plans. Payment is required at the time of service. Visit Fees Initial Consultation: $200 Follow-Up Visit: $100 Urgent / Same-Day Visit: $200 Additional services, including weight management, medication management, aesthetic or skin-related services, and specialized evaluations, are priced separately and will be discussed prior to treatment. Appointment Deposit Policy A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit: Confirms your appointment time Applies toward the total cost of your visit Is deducted from your final balance on the day of service Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We respectfully ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed with 24+ hours notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps us maintain schedule efficiency and availability for other patients. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Urgent Visits Urgent or same-day appointments are subject to availability and carry a higher visit fee due to schedule accommodation. Professional Standards Our practice is designed to provide a calm, organized, and punctual medical experience. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule in order to respect other scheduled appointments.
